This is what it should look like when you're finished. Sort of.

This vinaigrette uses 15 cloves of roasted garlic. Toss it with fresh greens. Use it as a dipping sauce for veggies or just drizzle some on a slice of crusty bread.

  1. Add rice wine vinegar
  2. Add handful of herbs (oregano, thyme and or basil work well with garlic)
  3. Chop in Blender
  4. Add
    1. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    2. 15 cloves roasted garlic finely chopped
    3. Pepper to taste
  5. Mix in Blender
